JC and Shootsac have their first cover! PPA Magazine just released their most recent issue. One of our readers was kind enough to send this scan over--if anyone happens to be able to scan the article, please email it to us.
Check it out! By the way, does anyone wish that Giddy cover would come back?

I have never toilet papered a house. There is a neighborhood near me where the houses get TP'd all the time, and it's struck me on more than one occasion that at least once in my life I would like to do this! Not to mention the fact that I am quite a bit more resourceful and better funded than I was when I was the age at which I probably would have done this.
Kevin Swan sent me this fantastic photo of his take on TP'ing a house. I like this idea even better!!! Now who should I do this to???

One of my favorite people that I've met recently is Justine Ungaro, who just completed a great portrait seminar called The Modern Portrait. Baroque seems to have made quite an impression on Justine, as you can see from this photo that Keats snapped from her iPhone--check it out!
You can also see Shootsac tradeshow helper extraordinaire, Joe Rumore in the background there :)

Oh Melissa Koehler, why are you so fabulous? Check out this shot that Melissa sent me of when she and her friends got together for a "trade a portrait" session. I love that this group of friends got their group of shootsacs together for a little bonding time and playdate!

Tomorrow I am doing something very exciting--going to the LA Textile Show to pick out the new covers for a line later in the year! I am taking a class on the trends coming up, and I'm also working on putting together a line especially for all you hot men out there wearing shootsacs.
Look at this adorable photo that Cat Krantz from Next Exit sent me! It was taken by her in the hospital right after giving birth to her gorgeous baby, Clara! Clara is gorgeous and perfect, and Cat had photographer Stephanie Williams (their associate) come and shoot some photos of her while she's brand new.
Stephanie is wearing Festive, which is a great cover if you photograph children.
Congratulations Cat and Adi!

If I didn't already love Melissa Koehler, I love her for turning the new generation into shootsac users already! She claims that David Jay's shootsac ad (you may have seen it at one of our tradeshows) inspired her to strip her son down and dress him in nothing but a shootsac--that is one hot baby! Watch out later this week for another great Melissa Koehler shoot, and in the meantime, check out her BLOG--she is amazing!
To get Aiden's look, try our Splendid! It's rich and beautiful as either a bag cover or a wardrobe change:
Who thinks Aiden should have his own shootsac calendar?!
